Wellbeing 2.0 is a program designed for those who have already stepped into the world of Wellbeing and acquired certain knowledge and habits they wish to improve in order to become an even better version of themselves. If you are looking for a deeper understanding of how well-being impacts your life, whether on a personal or professional level, this program is perfectly tailored to your needs.

Wellbeing is not just a trend; it runs through all aspects of our personal and professional lives. To encompass all aspects of this significant area, our program has been carefully designed to cover a wide range of topics, from mental health to broader social responsibility. We start with mental wellbeing, a topic that is widely discussed in today's world and pertains to the improvement of our personal skills, and we conclude with our impact on the larger community through community wellbeing.

The program lasts for four weeks. Each week, you will receive new learning material that allows you to delve deeper into the everyday aspects of wellbeing and apply them in practice. Through four phases, we cover the following topics:

  1. What is Wellbeing? - The basics of wellbeing and its importance in our daily lives
  2. What is Spiritual Wellbeing? - How spiritual health influences our overall wellbeing
  3. Career Wellbeing - Aligning personal and professional goals to achieve balance
  4. Social Wellbeing - Understanding the impact of our relationships on our emotional and mental balance

In the second and fourth phases, you will be invited to webinars with the program creator, who will guide you in detail through the material and answer all your questions.
